Swift sport 1.6 born where ordinary swift 1.3 failed. The motorsports division of Suzuki got Swift in their hands and turned it into a Junior World Rally Championship race car. But The Suzuki Swift failed to impress in JWRC, running mid- to back-of-the-pack. However, then top mangement of Suzuki saw the benefits of rallying a race car and decided the company needed a truly, one which they could race and win. And so the Suzuki Swift Sport was born.

Swift Sport is one of the best hatchback ever made. The Swift sport looks more attractive and power ful than ordinary Swift 1.3 .In the new swift sport 2011 Suzuki is the improved legroom in rear row. So that there will not be any complain about cramped leg room in new Swift. The uprated chassis features stiffer springs and dampers, with ESP (Electronic Stability Control) providing an added feature.
